Booking and policies

Bookings are taken online through FareHarbor's secure checkout, which shows live availability. For private charters of 10 to 29 guests, call or message us.

• Individual bookings: a full refund minus a 5% processing fee if you cancel more than 24 hours before the tour. No refund inside 24 hours.
• Private groups: the same terms, with a 72-hour cutoff.
• If we cancel for weather or safety, you choose a full refund or a free reschedule.
• Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds take 7 to 10 business days.
